Where I ship

Kits and Essences are posted within India only. Natural oils are difficult to send safely across borders, so if you live outside India, your reading, analysis sheet and calls all reach you online. In place of the kit, I send you a booklet on aura salts and detox teas. It shows you how to carry the same effect with simple things you can find wherever you live.

When your kit is posted

Your Essence is blended for you after your consultation call, and natural blends need time to mature before they are ready. So your kit may take a little longer to reach you. Meanwhile, your analysis sheet is sent to you digitally, so you can begin right away. Essences ordered on their own are posted within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery

• Parcels travel by courier from Lucknow and usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days from the day they are posted, depending on where you are.
• Tracking details are sent to you once your parcel is on its way.
• The cost of shipping your session kit is included in your session fee. For Essences ordered on their own, shipping is shared with you when you order.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery to hello@akaayati.com and I will replace it. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, the cost of sending it again is shared with you.
