Cancelling a session

• Within one hour of booking: if you change your mind within one hour of paying, you receive a full refund.
• After one hour: the fee cannot be refunded, because your reading is prepared for you alone.
• If I cannot take your booking: if I decline or cannot complete a session for any reason, you receive a full refund.

The Journey

The Journey begins with your reading, so the same rule applies: a full refund within one hour of booking, and no refund after that. If life interrupts the 21 days, write to me and we will find a gentle way to pause and continue.

The Road Ahead

You may stop at any time. Simply tell me before your next monthly payment. Sessions already paid for in the current month are not refunded, and you can still use them within that month.

Rescheduling a call

• You can move a call once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If something urgent comes up on the day, write to me and I will do my best to find another time.
• If a call is missed without notice, your analysis sheet will still be sent to you, and the call is treated as complete.

Kits and Essences

• Because they are personal and aromatic, Essences cannot be returned once opened.
• If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I will replace it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
