Who I am

Akaayati is a contemplative practice based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Akaayati. You can reach me at hello@akaayati.com.

What I collect

• Your contact details: name, email and phone number.
• Your birth details: date, time and place of birth, used for your chart.
• Your story: your answers in the booking form, your question, and the cards you draw.
• Care details: answers you choose to share about pregnancy, allergies or sensitivity to scent, so the Essence chosen for you is safe.
• Your delivery address, if a kit is posted to you in India.
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay. I never see or store your card or bank details.

Why I collect it

Only to prepare your reading, to speak with you about it, to post your kit, to refill your Essence, and to reply to you. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Razorpay processes payments securely.
• My website host and email provider store the form you send.
• A courier service receives your name, phone and address to deliver your kit.
• Writing tools, including AI-assisted ones, may help me organise and draft your reading. I read, shape and approve every word myself, and your details are used only for your reading.

How long I keep it

I keep your details while we work together and for up to two years after, so that refills and follow-up sessions can continue from where we left off. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you by writing to hello@akaayati.com. I will reply within seven working days.

Cookies

This site uses only the small cookies it needs to work, such as those that keep the booking form and the payment page running smoothly.

Testimonials

I share your words only if you tick the box that allows it, and only with your initials.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
